So I wanted to share this little 'blurb' from The Bombshell's book (and credit to Ruben Toledo (whose art I so adore) - enjoy (as much as I do) and for the rest of this weekend - I've keeping this confident, sexy self esteem... it feels really good!
A Bombshell is full of contradictions. She is a combustible blend of confidence and vulnerability. Sauce and naivete. She wears high heels but kicks them off at every opportunity. Adores negligees and charmeuse gowns but can't wait to get out of them. She always expects to run into someone who matters, even if she's home alone.
A Bombshell believes in her fantasies. Even if her bracelet is dime-store cheap, she wears it as though it were Cartier. She doesn't need real diamonds to feel like a million dollars.
A Bombshell is authentic. The Bombshell is never bored and, therefore, never boring. She never pretends to be anyone other than herself. The Bombshell has her own sense of ethics to which she is always true.A Bombshell is vulnerable. While some women contrive to cover their hearts, the Bombshell reveals her feelings without calculating the consequences, regardless of the risk. This is not southern belle helplessness she if affecting; she is expressing a genuine need to be loved.
A Bombshell is resilient. Failure - a job that doesn't pan out, a marriage on the rocks, an unpublished manuscript - is only a mild setback, and will at least garner some sort of publicity. No matter what's going on in her life, the Bombshell finds everyday occurences thrilling.
A Bombshell puts glamour before comfort. A Bombshell is willing to overcome a little discomfort for a nude leg on a cold day. She doesn't complain that her feet hurt in 4-inch heels. She wears them to please herself as much as to give pleasure to others.
A Bombshell is compassionate. She always follows her heart. She wants to rescue animals. While she might have a temper - one of her charms - she never plots. She embraces the human condition while always adding a little glitter.
A Bombshell is intelligent. Her awe and wonder are sometimes construed as naivete. She's smart enough to know that it doesn't matter if other people think she's too sensual or pretty to be brainy.

Ha, this is awesome! Love those dancing illustrations. However, I think "intelligent" should be higher up if this represents you!
And this is awesome, too: "you will find that you feel quite loving and warm, with a desire to give and receive affection and appreciation to those that hold your emotional interest."
