Guess what my 'whining' got me...

My friend responded last night about my latest blog - which admittedly I 'revised' about 3 times before keeping the post and said:  "first off, you WRITE what you feel, which is the voice of what these dramas are made of.  You FEEL what you do, because that is who you are and lastly - Laura, don't change because you want something of/from a man that is the true part of your happiness". 

I love this wise woman.

BUT... to follow that this morning, I got the text (male comment):  "You're a good dame, Laura McD."  (my response: "uh oh - what enticed THAT?  Should I get a pat on the head or fear the rolled up paper?")

Shit, when will I learn?  Shut up or just keep babbling?  Oh, the hell with it - I AM who I am, smart ass, apparently dramatic, passionate, flirty, obnoxious, romantic, writer - take it or leave it!! XOXO
